Why the "Pet Connection"?

Ever since I became "Your Pet Connection to Real Estate", I have been asked time and time again what that really means. If you are a pet owner or animal lover, you will greatly appreciate the services I offer not only as a Realtor, but also as a pet owner and lover. As a pet owner, your pets are very important to you, as your Realtor they become very important to me as well. They are a part of your family just as your human children are a part of your family, and their needs must be considered when either buying or selling your home. When selling your home, I can assist with suggestions on making the house pet neutral, so when prospective buyers come to visit they are not turned off by odors, unsightly pet "stuff", hair, or damages caused by the pets. Unfortunately, not everyone is a pet or animal lover, and we must take them into consideration when preparing your home for sale. For Homes with pets that are in The Woodlands, I can also make arrangements to visit the home prior to any prospective buyer showings to ensure the pets are either secured or removed to a safe environment and that the home is clean, especially when the homeowner is detained or unavailable. After showings on your home, I can also check in on your pets to ensure their safety and comfort. These are just a few of the services I offer you, the homeowner and pet owner, if you were to choose me as your listing agent. As a pet owner looking to buy, whether you are moving from across town or from around the world, I can assist you with a list of veterinarians, hotels or apartments that are pet friendly, pet sitters or kennels for day care or extended stays, and the list goes on. When looking at homes, we want to ensure, depending on type, size and number of pets, that there is sufficient space for the pets, not only inside but outside. The back yard should be secure for your dogs, and I can make any suggestions or ideas on how to secure their outside area. We also have numerous Dog friendly parks in the area that I can direct you to. My resources for suggestions, ideas, people and places are almost endless. As a volunteer and member of the Humane Society of Montgomery County, a donation is made in honor of the home seller or home buyer, upon completion of a transaction.
